GRANT REQUEST

Grant applications from non-profit charitable organizations in Banning and Beaumont are received throughout the year.
Agencies must have received a 501 (c)(3) determination letter prior to consideration for a grant.
The Distribution Committee meets in the months of June and October to consider grant requests.
The grant submittal deadline for applications is the 20th of the month preceding the Committee’s meeting.
The deadline for the Committee’s June meeting is May 20th and October meeting is September 20th.
Charitable organizations may apply for one Laura May Stewart grant during a calendar year. The maximum grant award is $6,000.
Within 45 days of receipt of grant funding, organizations are required to file a Progress Report and submit receipts for purchases made with grant funds. These progress reports are to be mailed in to the Program Manager as below.
